    The following terms & conditions apply to the usage of Annual Pass of Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. Please read carefully before purchase/register.

    Chimelong Ocean Kingdom’s Fun Pass is divided into two categories: silver Pass and Platinum Pass.

    ★silver Pass cannot be used on New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dnring the National Dag, Christmas Day, Halloween, weekends of July and August, December 31. On any other dates within valid period, pass holder can enjoy unlimited access to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom during operating hours.

    ★For detailed silver Pass blackout dates please refer to the official Chimelong website.

    ※Definition of Platinum Pass: Enjoy unlimited admission to Ocean Kingdom during its operating hours throughout the one-year validity period, except for the first day of May Day holidays, October 1-3, Spring Festival from the third to the fifth day of the first month on lunar calendar and special events.

    The abovementioned Annual Pass can be divided into Adult Pass and Kids/Elderly Pass. Eligibility: Kids Pass is only applicable to children no less than 1 m or less than 1.5 m in height; Elderly Pass is only applicable to the elderly aged 65 and above.

    Note: Height and age data are collected the first time fingerprint data is registered and Fun Pass is activated. If pass holder does not meet the height and age requirement, he/she needs to top up the difference for an Adult Pass.

    Period of Validity is based on natural months, and each pass shall be valid from the month of purchase to the last day of the same month next year (e.g. a pass purchased in Jun 7, 2017 will be valid till Jun 30, 2018).

    Whether the Annual Pass has been registered or activated within valid period, the Annual Pass becomes invalid automatically after its expiration date. Buyer/Pass holder cannot ask for a refund at any time for any reason including but not limited to the fact that it has not been activated.

    In order to use the Annual Pass, Pass holder (i.e. user of Annual Pass) must bring his/her valid ID card and Annual Pass to any Guest Services in applicable park to fill in Fun Pass Holder Registration Form and scan his/her fingerprint data for record keeping to register and activate the Fun Pass. Information is non-changeable after the registration. Fingerprint data are collected only for verification purposes upon admission. By purchasing/registering/activating the Annual Pass you acknowledge and agree to the collection and record keeping of your fingerprint by Chimelong.

    Once purchased, Annual Pass is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. During its period of validity, pass holder verifies his/her data and present the Annual Pass to enter applicable park during posted operating hours and enjoy unlimited access. Private parties, special or theme events that require a separate admission charge, self-drive or cable car programs are not included.

    Annual Pass is only valid for the person named on it. Pass holder cannot lend, rent, impawn or otherwise transfer the Annual Pass to anyone else. Selling or scalping tickets, selling or displaying items for sale or engaging in any other illegal activities within Chimelong premises or any associated theme parks are strictly prohibited. Applicable park reserves the right to deny admission, or terminate the usage of Fun Pass without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with the above rules. Pass holder is solely responsible for any consequences therefore.

    When pass holder arrives at the park, he/she should scan fingerprint data as well as swipe Annual Pass to enter. Staff of the park can use other methods to verify the identity of pass holder under direction of the park. Anyone that enters any Chimelong park must abide by all park rules and regulations and follow the instruction of staff members. Anyone that enters the park is bound by the rules of said park. Related rules and regulations are listed on website of each Chimelong facility.

    Pass holder should keep his/her Fun Pass properly to prevent loss, theft or unauthorized usage by others. If lost, stolen or damaged deliberately or neglectfully before fingerprint collection and registration, we would not respond to report of loss or application of reissue. In the case where fingerprint data and user information have been registered and linked to the Annual Pass, pass holder can reapply the Annual Pass by verifying fingerprint, presenting the ID card registered in the Annual Pass Registration Form and paying RMB 50 fee at Guest Services Center. The original Annual Pass will be void at the same time.

    We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attractions or entertainment program due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. We require pass holder to pay attention to the onsite circumstances and arrangements and ask for cooperation.

    Please refer to each Chimelong park’s website or call our national customer service hotline at 4008-830083 to inquire operating hours before visit.
    In certain holiday season (weekends of summer holidays, national holidays, Halloween) and peak season, we may restrict the number of people having access to the Park and therefore deny admission of pass holder to ensure safety. Pass holder must cooperate. To better arrange your visit and avoid extreme guest flow, please refer to the official Chimelong website: www.chimelong.com or follow the official Chimelong WeChat and click the “Annual Pass” menu for more information.

    We may from time to time offer some additional benefits and perks to the named pass holder. For detailed information of the special offer and discount please refer to the official Chimelong website or WeChat. Restrictions apply. All benefits are subject to change. Onsite offer details on day of visit shall prevail.

    Please go through the above terms carefully before signing this agreement. Buyer/Recipient must clearly inform the pass holder of the content of this agreement and the valid period of Annual Pass. Buyer/Doner is solely responsible for any loss and claims arising therefore.

    Any changes in the above terms will be announced on the official Chimelong website: www.chimelong.com.

    If a dispute arises out of the text and the interpretation of these terms and conditions, buyer/pass holder and Chimelong Group shall make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute on principle of friendly negotiations. If the Parties fail to resolve any such disputes or claims, they shall submit them to arbitration under the provisions of People’s Court where Chimelong Group is located.
